Attorney Giacomo Tolomeo is a Partner in the Business Law Department at KKC Law, where he represents businesses, entrepreneurs, property owners, investors, and individuals in a broad range of transactional matters. In this role, Giacomo leads the department, advising clients on business formations, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and other corporate matters.  He also advises clients in the areas of Taxation, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Probate. Drawing upon his background in law, accounting, business, and taxation, Giacomo works to understand each client’s objectives and provide practical, strategic guidance designed to protect their interests, preserve assets, and achieve meaningful long-term results.
